Manually changing the stereo window

How do I adjust the stereo window manually?
In the Editor/Viewer, you have two options:
- Etiher use ctrl + arrow keys for small adjustments and ctrl + shift + arrow keys for larger adjustments.
- alternatively alt + arrow keys and alt + shift + arrow keys or ctrl/alt + i for up and ctrl/alt + j,k or l for left, down or right and optionally shift to get larger steps.
- Or use the crop-button
for graphical adjustment of the stereo window
Using the crop functionality
When cropping, you can drag the borders (left, right, top and bottom) to crop the image on each side. You can also move the whole rectangle area.
The opposite side will automatically adapted to the same size.
The COF-cross shows the Center Of Focus and should point to the same object on each side.
You can move the COF-cross using the mouse.
