Saving MPO

From Stereomerger

Jump to: navigation, search

NB! Stereomerger can not save FUJIFILM W1 and V1 compatible MPO-files! Stereomerger can however save MPO files according to the CIPA-spesifications. The files can easily be read with other third party software as Stereo Photo Maker, PlayMemories on Playstation 3 and others.

Stereomerger's save-functionality is extension-sensitive, which means that it checks the file extension when saving and saves the image in that format.

So, when you want to save a file as MPO, simply save the file with the MPO-extension and Stereomerger recognizes this automatically and saves the image as specified by the MPF-spesifications from CIPA.

This is an example from the merge pair-dialog:

In the viewer/editor, when you select save as, you will be prompted to select the format.
